Silicon Core B-FM 재질은 솔레노이드, 릴레이, 인젝터로 사용하는
높은 투자율과 낮은 보자력을 특징으로하는 자기 특성 Silicon 합금 탄소강입니다.

Phosphorus (P : 인) 합금으로, 자기 특성 손상 없이 쾌삭성을 높인
강재로, ASTM A867 Type 2F 재질과 대응되는 Carpenter Technology 제품입니다.

Silicon Core Iron A-FM Alloy — Silicon 1.0% nominal 합금 재료로

Silicon (규소) 합금량이 늘어나면 철손이 적어지는 대신, 투자율이 낮아집니다.
최대 permeability, A-FM (A867-2F) : 14800, B-FM (A867-2F) : 11200 로 낮아집니다.

※ Magnetic properties (자기 특성 : 磁氣特性)
Various magnetic properties shown by magnetic material
when it is magnetized.
Iron loss, magnetic flux density, magnetic permeability coercive
force, residual magnetic flux density, etc, in general, cited.
자성 재료가 자화 되었을 경우에, 그 재료가 나타내는 자기적인
여러 특성으로, 일반적으로는 철손, 자속 밀도, 투자율, 보자력,
잔류 자속 밀도 등을 들 수가 있습니다.

※ Core loss or Iron loss (철손 : 鐵損)
Electric power consumed in the sample when the sample
has been magnetized by alternating magnetizing force.
It is usually expressed by power per kg.
As for unit, watt per kilogram (W/kg) is used.
시료를 교류 자화 시켰을 때 시료 중에 소비되는 전력으로
통상 1kg 당으로 표시하며, 단위는 W/kg로 표시합니다.

※ Permeability (투자율 : 透磁率)
Ratio of magnetic flux to magnetizing force.
Usually, initial and maximum permeabilities are used.
자화력에 대한 자속 밀도의 비를 말하며
통상적으로 초투자율과 최대 투자율이 사용됩니다.
