X9CrNiSiNCe21-11-2 — Steel name, 1.4835 — Steel number 재질은
오스테나이트계 스텐레스로, 크롬과 니켈이 주요 합금 원소이고

희토류 원소로 Cerium 을 합금한 내열강입니다.
X9CrNiSiNCe21-11-2 재질은 EN 10095 에는 1000℃ 까지 creep 강도 규정이 있고,

실제는 1100~1150℃ 수준에서도 사용되고, 반복되는 고온 환경에 내산화성입니다.
좋은 용접성과 고온에서 구조적 안정성을 가지는 스텐레스입니다.

X9CrNiSiNCe21-11-2 스텐은 Type 310 보다도 고온에서 강하고
질소와 황, 탄소를 함유한 환경에서 부식 저항성입니다.

310 재질은 고온이면서 침탄 환경에서, 304H 재질은 800℃ 수준에서
사용한다면, X9CrNiSiNCe21-11-2 재질은 더 높은 온도에서 내침탄성입니다.

X9CrNiSiNCe21-11-2 강재에 합금 된 Cerium, 2% 수준의 Silicon,
칩입형 원소인 Nitrogen 합금은 고온에 강한 성질을 부여합니다.

높은 내열성으로, 로(爐 : furnace)부품, walking beams, burners, radiant tubes,
electric heater elements 용도이고, 253MA, S30815 재질과 대응됩니다.

※ Creep resistance (내크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
