CAC502A 재질은 동합금으로 인청동입니다.
청동에 (구리-주석 합금)에 Aluminum 을 합금 하면 알루미늄 청동

청동에 Silicon 를 합금 하면 Silicon 청동이라고 부르고
CAC502A 처럼, Phosphorus 0.05~0.5% 정도 합금 하면 인청동이라고 합니다.

청동에 P(인)을 합금 하면, 경도가 증가하고, 내마모성이 증가합니다.
CAC502A 는 현재 사용, PBC2 (Phosphorus Bronze : 인청동)는 이전 Symbol 입니다.

CAC502A 인청동은 좋은 내식성과 내마모성, 적은 납 용출 (lead leaching) 특징이고
Gear, Worm gear, bearing, bushing, impeller, 기계 부품 용도입니다.

※ Hardness (경도 : 硬度)
Resistance to plastic deformation usually by indentation.
For steel users, it is a parameter to express different mechanical
properties of steel. It should be considered together with other
properties. For example, if two different steel grades have both
50 HRC hardness, it does not necessary mean both have the
same mechanical properties or wear resistance.

압인이나 긁힘에 의한 변형, 특히 영구적인 변형에 대한 재료의
내구성으로 강재의 기계적 성질의 지표입니다.
다른 강재가, 같은 경도 값을 가지더라도 내마모성, 기계적 성질이
다를 수 있으니, 경도와 함께 다른 기계적 성질도 참고해야 합니다.

※ Wear resistance (내마모성 : Abrasion resistance)
A property of resistance against a phenomenon in which the mechanical
scratch, metallic abrasion, etc. of relatively moving metal surfaces are
integrated and the surfaces are worn, called wear.

상대 운동하는 금속 면의 기계적 글킴, 금속적 점착 등이 종합되어서 그 면이
소모되는 현상을 마모라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
