S690QL Tube / Pipe 강재는 구조용 강관으로 쓰이는 QT 열처리 된,
최소 항복강도 690 MPa (100 ksi)이고 -40℃ 에서 CVN Impact Energy

충격 흡수 에너지 시험을 ,압연 방향과 역방향 모두 하는 강재에 대한 규정입니다.
S690QL Tube 재질은 DIN-EN 유럽 재질로 EN 10246-7 규정인

비파괴 시험 (Ultrasonic Test) 조건이 있으며, 용접성을 가늠할 수 있는
CEV 0.65 maximum (t≤50)이고, 높은 응력이 작용하는 환경에 사용합니다.

S690QL 수준의 높은 항복점을 가지면서, 저온 취성 Test — CVN Test 조건을
가지는 KS, JIS 파이프의 공급은 거의 없으며, S690QL Tube 보다도 높은

강도 재질로는 S770QL1 — DIN SEW090-2, 항복강도 770 MPa minimum
낮은 항복강도 Tube로는, 용접용 압력용기용 P460QH — EN 10222-4 재질이 있습니다.

※ 탄소당량 (Carbon Equivalent : Ceq)
탄소 이외의 원소 영향력을 탄소량으로 환산한 것으로
인장강도에 대한 탄소당량, 용접부 최고 경도에 대한
탄소당량이 잘 사용됩니다—KS/JIS 설명
KS와 JIS에서는 Ceq를 사용하지만
ISO는 CEV를 사용하고 약간, 계산 방법이 다릅니다.
