A565 XM-32 규격은 Grade X-32 로도 불리며, AMS 5719 에
대응되고, 열처리시 795 MPa minimum 의 고강도 강재입니다.

Quenching 995~1020℃, Tempering 565℃ 에서는 795 MPa min. 이지만
Quenching 1050℃, Tempering 250℃ 에서는 1350 MPa 수준입니다.

열처리에 의한 높은 강도, 좋은 인성, 크리프 성질, 내식성으로
높은 응력이 작용하는 환경과 우주 항공기용 소재로 사용됩니다.

QT 열처리 후 표면 경도를 높이기 위한 질화 처리 가능하고, 가스 터빈,
스팀 터빈용 부품, Gears, Ball Screws, Discs 용도의 항공기용 소재입니다.

A565 XM-32 재질은 UNS S64152, BS S151, BS S159, 롤스로이즈
MSRR 6504, MSRR 6514, Jethete M152,AMS 5719 재질과 대응됩니다.

AMS 5719 는 강재 내부의 품질을 높이기 위한 진공 용해 과정으로 생산하는,
Aicraft-quality, Annealed 된, 봉, 와이어, 튜브, 링과 인발 제품 규정입니다.

※ Creep resistance (내크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

AQ Steel is the most commonly specified quality for general aerospace applications.
It is defined in SAE specification AMS 2301, which outlines the procedure for determining
