2.4478, NiFe47 재질은 바이메탈 재료로, 선팽창계수를 이용하는 금속으로
DIN 17745 규정에는 사용 온도 400℃ 까지 9.7~10.5 10-6K-1 입니다.

연질 유리와 세라믹, 다양한 유리와 금속간 밀봉 wire 재료로 사용되며
2.4478 금속은 ASTM F30 N14052 Alloy 52, Nilo®52 와 대응됩니다.

Bimetallic materials 는, 화학 조성과 열처리에 의해 선팽창 기능이 정해집니다.
2.4478 재료는 inserts for fusing into soft glass 로 쓰여집니다.

2.4478 재료의 개략적인 인장강도는 Annealed 조건 : 450~550 MPa.
Hard drawn 조건에서는 700~900 MPa 수준의 기계적 성질입니다…약 450℃까지

※ 열팽창계수 (Thermal expansion coefficient)
온도(열)이 1℃ 상승할 때 팽창 된 크기와 팽창 전 크기의
비율을 말하고 선팽창계수와 부피 (체적) 팽창계수가 있습니다.
열팽창계수는 탄소량이 많아지는 만큼, 합금량이
많아지는 만큼 작아집니다.
마르텐자이트계 440C는 (0~100℃ : 10.2) 탄소강과
동일한 수준의 열팽창계수를 가집니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ 열처리( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

Series of operations in the course of which a solid ferrous product is totally or
or partially exposed to thermal cycles to bring about a change in its
properties and/or structure.
