AMS 4082 합금은 Solution (고용화)와 석출 경화 (precipitation Hardening)
열처리 가능한, SMLS 인발 튜브 제품에 대한 규정입니다.

AMS 4082 알루미늄 튜브는 ASTM B210 6061-T6 재질과 대응되며
AMS 4082 재질의 Silicon, Magnesium 원소로 합금으로, 열처리 가능한

재질로, 내식성, 용접성, 냉간 가공성, 인발성이 좋고, 알루미늄 합금으로는
중간 수준의 강도를 가진 재료이고, 해수용, 건축용, 우주항공 도입니다.

※ Drawability (인발가공성)
The degree of easiness when wires, bars and pipes are drawn
through a die hole in working.
Generally, when they are drawn to a require shape of cross section,
objects without surface stress crack, or internal crack and having good
surface conditions without die’s flows are regarded as good drawability.

인발 가공 할 때 가공되기 쉬운 정도. 일반적으로 소정의 단면적으로
인발 가공할 때, 응력 균열이 없다든가, 표면 형상이 좋은 것 등을
인발 가공성이 좋다고 합니다.

※ SMLS(Seamless : 無繼目鋼管 : 무계목강관)
Steel tubes without a seam, manufactured by hot-rolling, extrusion
or punching from ingot or semi-product, or machining after piercing.
Cold drawn or cold rolled seamless steel tube is called finished
seamless steel tubes.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간 압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기(압출)로
제조 되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조 된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로, 냉간
인발 한 것을, 냉간마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.
