AMS 4123 재질은 압연이나 냉간 마무리 봉재와 Rods 형상의
solution 처리와 석출 경화 열처리 된 7075-T651 알루미늄 합금입니다.

AMS 4123 합금은 높은 응력이 작용하는 구조재, 항공기용 프레임,
우주 항공용 재료로 쓰이며, 2024 보다도 높은 기계적 성질 합금입니다.

AMS 4123 알루미늄은 ASTM B221 Alloy 7075, UNS A97075,
AMS-QQ-A225/9 재질과 대응되며, 압출 (extruded) 냉간 마무리 입니다.

AMS 4123, 7075-T651 합금은 Al-Zn-Mg 계열 합금으로, Mg2Si
석출물에 의해 높은 강도 재료이지만, 용접성과 성형성이 떨어지는 재료입니다.

Solution heat treated, stretched a controlled amount(product dependent)
for stress relief, and artificially aged(no further straightening after stretching)
용체화 처리 후 잔류 응력을 제거하고, 다시 인공 시효 경화 처리한 것을 말합니다.

A process in which an alloy is heated to a suitable temperature and is held
at this temperature long enough to allow soluble constituents to enter into
solid solution where they are retained in a super-saturated state after quenching

합금을 적절한 온도로 가열하고 급랭 이후 과포화 상태로 존재하던
가용 성분이 고용체에 고용화 될 수 있도록 충분히 유지하는 공정을 말합니다.
