Al5083-H131 알루미늄 합금은, 용접 할 수 있는 Armor 판재이고
ASTM A209 Alloy 5083, MIL-DTL-46027 규정과 대응 가능합니다.

Aluminum Alloy Al5083-H131 합금은 비열처리 합금 중 최고 강도를
가지는 재료 중 하나로, 성형성은 떨어지지만 용접성과 내식성이 좋은 합금입니다.

5083-H131 재료는 MIL-DTL-46027 Wrought 알루미늄 Class 1 에는
Temper H131 — strain hardened 를, 포함해 9가지 Temper 가 있습니다.

Al5083-H131 합금의 비중는 2.66 g/㎤, 항복강도 241 MPa minimum 으로
높은 비강도이고, 이는 탄소강 A36 비중 7.85, 비중 7.85 g/㎤, 항복강도 250 MPa

minimum 강재와 비교했을 때, 3배 수준의 높은 비강도 재료임을 알 수 있습니다.
Al5083-H131 합금은 극저온 압력 용기, 차량의 hull 부위에 용접 해서 사용합니다.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Wrought product (전신재 : 展伸材)
A product that has been subjected to mechanical working
by such processes as rolling, extruding, forging, etc.

단독 또는 복합적인 압출, 단조, 열간 압연, 냉간압연 또는 인발과 같은
냉간 소성 변형에 의해 얻어지는 제품에 대한 일반적인 용어로
전신재의 예로는 봉 (Rod), 바 (Bar), 선 (Wire), 관 (Tube), 형재 (Profile),
판 (Sheet), 조 (Strip), 단조물 (Forging)이 있습니다.
금속의 전연성 (展延性 : Ductility)을 이용한 금속 가공품을 말합니다.
이와는 반대로 비가공제품 (Unwrought products refinery shapes)는
정련이나 주조, 용해 공정에서 얻어지는 가공되지 않은 제품을 말합니다.
