SA723 Grade 3 Class 2 강재는 압력 용기용으로 사용되는 단조 합금강재로
QT 열처리에 의해 높은 강도와 저온 인성을 가지는 재료입니다.

SA723 Gr.3 Cl.2 합금강재는 4% 수준의 Nickel 이 합금 되어
높은 저온 인성을 발휘하고, NiCrMoV 합금으로 높은 열처리 성질입니다.

SA723 Gr.3 Cl.2 합금은 AISI 4330V 강재보다도 높은 탄소량과 Nickel
합금량이고, SA203, SA350, 3.5% Nickel 합금강보다도 높아, 저온 인성에 강합니다.

SA723-3-2 강재는 저온 환경에 사용하는 frame, 석유 시추용 장비,
우주 항공 산업용 fasteners, shock tubes 용도이고, 용접용으로는 적합치 않습니다.

Steel products manufactured for the pressure vessels and structures
used at a low temperature which required toughness at a low
temperature and weldability.
There are carbon steel, low alloy steel, 2.5% nickel steel, 3.5 nickel steel
9% nickel steel, austenitic stainless steel, etc. according to use temperature.

저온하에서 쓰이는 용기, 설비 및 구조재로서 저온 인성 및 용접성을 중시해서
제조 된 강재로, 사용 온도에 따라 탄소강, 저합금강, 2.5% 니켈강, 3.5% 니켈강,
9% 니켈강, 오스테나이트 스테인레스강이 있습니다.

※ Nickel (Ni)
One of the most widely used alloying elements in steel.
In amounts of 0.50% to 5.00% its use in alloy steels increases
the toughness and tensile strength without detrimental effect
on the ductility. Nickel also increases the hardenability.

니켈은 강(steel)에 많이 합금 되는 원소로, 0.50~5.00% 수준의 합금으로도, 강의
연성에 해로운 영향을 주지 않고, 강도와 인성을 증가 시키고, 경화능 향상 원소입니다.
