SAE J2467 규정은 SAE 1021 전기 저항 용접관이면서, 냉간 인발 탄소강,
Normalized 열처리 된 튜브로, 압력이 작용하는 환경에 사용합니다.

SAE J2467 튜브는, SAE J525 저탄소 튜브 대비, 탄소량과 망간
함량이 높아 기계적 성질인 강도와 경도가 높아, 고압용입니다.

SAE 는 미국자동차기술회 (society of automation engineers) 로
자동차, 선박, 트럭, 항공기 등의 기계 엔지니어링의 표준화 기구이고

SAE J2467 과 같이, SAE J 로 시작하면 육상 운송 표준 (ground vehicle standard)
AMS 는 항공 재료 표준으로 (aerospace material standard) 입니다.

SAE J2467 처럼 Hydraulic Tubing 규격으로는 SAE J525, SAE J526, SAE J356,
SAE J2435, SAE J2467 — ERW Tubing, SAE J524 — SMLS Tubing 종류가 있습니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Drawing (인발 : 引拔)
The process of pulling material through a die to reduce the size,
change the cross sectional shape, or to harden the material.

소재를 잡아 당겨, 다이를 통과시키면서 단면적이나 크기를
줄여 나가거나, 금속을 경화 시키기도 하는 방법.

※ SMLS(Seamless : 無繼目鋼管 : 무계목강관)
Steel tubes without a seam, manufactured by hot-rolling, extrusion
or punching from ingot or semi-product, or machining after piercing.
Cold drawn or cold rolled seamless steel tube is called finished
seamless steel tubes.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간 압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기 (압출)로
제조 되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조 된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로, 냉간
인발 한 것을, 냉간 마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.
