EN 2.4733 재질은 Nickel 70% 수준에 높은 크롬과 텅스텐 합금으로
우수한 고온 강도와 열적 안정성을 가진 내열성, 내식성 초합금입니다.

Material Number 2.4733, Material Name NiCr22W14Mo 합금은
장시간 고온에 노출 되어도 1149℃ (2100℉) 수준까지 , 우수한 내열 성질입니다.

내열성을 침해하는 침탄과 질화에 대한 저항성 재질로, Alloy 800/800H,
Alloy X, Alloy 625 재질보다도 높은 내(耐) 응력 파괴 성질입니다.

2.4733, NiCr22W14Mo 내열 금속은 UNS N06230, Alloy 230 에 대응되며 진공 열처리용
바스켙, 유리 용융로 (爐), 가스 터빈 부품, 내열 댐퍼, 로 (爐) 부품으로 쓰입니다.

※ Stress-Rupture Test

※ 산화 (Oxidation : 酸化)
The addition of oxygen to a compound,

exposed surface, hence a staining or discoloration,
This effect is increased with temperature.
산소와의 결합을 말합니다.
표면이 대기에 노출되면 산화 된 결과 표면 색이 변하고 변형이 됩니다.
온도가 높아지면 산화는 가속화됩니다.

※ Super Alloy (초합금)
Alloy of which content rate or iron is about 50% max,
by addition of a great amount of alloy elements, in order to
improve the corrosion resistance or thermal resistance of steel

강의 내식성 또는 내열성을 개선 시키기 위하여, 합금 원소를
다량으로 첨가하여, 철분이 약 50% 이하로 되어 있는 합금.

※ Heat Resisting (내열 : 耐熱)
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistant to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts
and molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties
during short and long-term stressing — EN 10095
