2024-T3511 비중, 2.77 g/㎤, 항복강도 305 MPa minimum 과 비교하면

3.5 배 수준의 높은 비강도를 가지는 알루미늄 합금입니다.
2024-T3511 합금의 이런 특징이 가능한 것은 2024 두랄루민 재질이

Al-Cu 합금으로, 시효 열처리 경화가 가능한 재질이기 때문입니다.
2024-T3511 합금은 강도와 절삭 가공성은 좋지만, 내식성과 용접성은 좋지 않습니다.

Solution heat-treated, cold worked, stress relieved by stretching, and naturally aged
고용화 열처리 후 강도를 증가 시키기 위해 냉간 가공을 하고, 잔류 응력을
제거한 후에 자연 시효 시킨 상태를 말합니다.

※ Temper

individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
