Haynes® 25 Alloy 합금의 특징은 고온에서도 높은 내크리프 강도와
내열성, 좋은 내산화성 금속으로, 980℃ 수준에서 128 MPa 항복강도입니다.

Haynes® 25 Alloy 초합금은 Alloy 188, Alloy 230, Alloy X 보다도
925℃ 수준에서, 더 높은 rupture strength 성질 재료입니다.

Alloy 25 는, 우수한 galling 저항성, 해수에 대한 내식성, 내탄화,
내질화성, 염산과 질산, 염소에 대한 높은 내식성 특징입니다.

Haynes® 25 Alloy 합금의 이와 같은 성질로, 가스 터빈 엔진 연소실, 발전소
애프터 버너, 스프링, 방위 산업, 우주 항공용, 의료용 재료로 사용됩니다.

Haynes® 25 Sheet 는, AMS 5537, UNS R30605, EN 2.4964,
CoCr20W15Ni 재질과 대응되며, 비자성이고, 비중 9.1 g/㎤ 입니다.

※ Super Alloy (초합금 : 超合金)
Alloy of which content rate or iron is about 50% max,
by addition of a great amount of alloy elements, in order to
improve the corrosion resistance or thermal resistance of steel

강의 내식성 또는 내열성을 개선 시키기 위하여, 합금 원소를
다량으로 첨가하여, 철분이 약 50% 이하로 되어 있는 합금.

※ Heat Resistance (내열성 : 耐熱性)
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.

내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.
