BS S151D 영국 규격 재질은 항공기용 스텐레스 강재로
Jethete® M152 재질과 대응되는 마르텐자이트계 스텐입니다.

QT 열처리에 의해 780 MPa minimum 의 고항복강도 재료로 560℃ 수준까지
사용하고, 좋은 인성과 높은 크리프 파단 강도를 가지는 합금입니다.

BS S151D 스텐은 항공기의 기어, 프로펠러, 볼트, 링, 디스크,
터빈 블레이드로 사용되며, 침탄용 스텐레스로도 활용됩니다.

BS S151D 합금은 UNS S64152, Alloy M152, DIN 1.4933, EN 1.4938, ASTM XM-32
AMS 5719 재질과 대응되며, S151A 재질 경우는 Solution Annealed 조건입니다.

※ Creep rupture test (크리프 파단 시험)
Test measure the time to rupture, elongation after fracture,
reduction of area after fracture, etc. by holding test piece
at constant temperature and applying constant tensile force.
There are at times the cases where strain is measured during
creep rupture test or by interrupting test.

시험편을 일정한 온도로 유지하고 여기에 일정한 인장 하중을 가해,
파단 시간, 파단 연신율, 파단 단면 수축율 등을 측정하는 시험.
크리프 파단 시험 중 또는 시험을 중단하여 변형을 측정하는 경우도 있습니다.

※ Carburizing (침탄 : 浸炭)
Thermochemical treatment which is applied to a ferrous product heated
to a temperature AC1, to obtain a surface enrichment in carbon and
nitrogen, which are in solid solution in the austenite.
Generally, this operation is followed immediately by quench hardening.
The medium in which carburizing takes place should be specified,
e.g. gas, salt bath, etc.
＊AC1 : temperature at which austenite begins to form during heating.

오스테나이트 상태의 철강재에서 표면에만 오스테나이트 중의 고용 탄소의
농도를 높이고자 시행하는 열 화학적 처리로, 침탄된 철강재는 그 즉시 또는
이후에 급랭 담금질 처리가 뒤따라야 하며, 침탄에 이용한 가스나 고체 등의
매질 표시가 반드시 표기되어야 합니다.
＊AC1 : 가열하는 동안 오스테나이트가 생성되기 시작하는 온도.
