AMS 6484 규정은 NT (normalized and Tempered) 열처리 된
SAE4340 봉재, 단조재, 튜브 형상 제품에 대한 규정입니다.

AMS 6484 재질은 저합금이면서 항공기강 규격 생산입니다.
심경화 가능한, 일정한 경도를 얻을 수 있는 재질로, 기계 구조용으로 쓰입니다.

AMS 6484 강재의 특징은 높은 내피로성과 고온에서 경도와 강도 유지 성능입니다.
AMS 6484 합금은, AMS-S-5000, ASTM A322, A331 UNS S43406 대응됩니다.

AMS 4340 / SAE 4340 합금강은 Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum 합금으로
좋은 연성과 인성으로 높은 응력이 작용하는 기계 부품 용도로 사용되고

진공 용해나 소모 전극으로 생산돼, 강재 내부의 높은 청정성과 압연 방향 뿐 아니라
역방향에 대한 인성과 연성이고, AMS 2300 – 자분 탐상 시험이 있습니다.

AQ Steel is the most commonly specified quality for general aerospace applications.
It is defined in SAE specification AMS 2301 (자분탐상시험 : magnetic particle testing
: 磁粉探傷試驗), which outlines the procedure for determining compliance with
cleanliness requirements by the magnetic particle inspection method.

철강 재료 등 강자성체를 자화 시켜, 결함부에 생긴 자극(磁極)에 의한 자분의
부착을 이용하여 결함을 검출하는 비파괴 시험을 말합니다.

and steel is magnetized and sticking of magnetic particles to magnetic poles
generated in defect portions in utilized to detect defects.
