S355J2 – 1.0577 재질은 EN 10025-2 규정 강재로 2004 년부터 시작된 규정입니다.
S355J2G3 – 1.0570 재질은 1990 년부터 사용되다가 S355J2 로 변경됐습니다.

St52-3 재질은 DIN 17100 재질이었다가 지금은 S355J2 로 개정 됐습니다.
개정 순서로 보면 St 52-3 → S355J2G3 → S355J2 순서입니다.

경우에 따라서는 검사 증명서에 S355J2, 1개 강종만 나타나는 경우가 있고
S355J2, S355J2G3, St52-3, 3 가지가 모두 나타나는 경우가 있습니다.

최신 재질 S355J2 강재의 특징은, 탄소강이면서, 최소 항복강도 355 MPa
영하 -20℃에서 27 Joule 이상의 충격 값이고, Fully Killed Steel 로 제조 됩니다.

S355J2 강재 형상으로는 강판, Sheet, Strip, H-Beam와 형강류,
Pipe 류가 있고, Pipe 인 경우는 S355J2H 로 표기합니다.

※ Killed Steel (킬드강, 탈산강, 脫酸鋼)

being comparatively uniform, with little segregation and has no blow hole.
however, because of a shrinkage cavity is formed in the centre of upper part,
its yield is low, In the case of continuous casting, it is killed steel and,
comparing with an ingot casting, uniformity and yield better.
killed steel is further classified according to grain size or deoxidizer.

페로실리콘이나, 알루미늄 등으로 충분히 탈산한 강철로,
용탕이 응고 진행 중에 일산화 탄소를 발생 시키지 않고,
조용히 응고해, 비교적 균질하고, 편석이 적고, 기포도 없지만
응고된 강괴 윗부분 중심으로부터, 수축공이 생겨, 회수율이
좋지 못한 단점이 있고, 결정 입도, 탈산제에 따라 세부적으로 더 분류됩니다.
