AISI Number G10200 재질은 탄소강 강재입니다.
탄소량 평균 0.20% 수준에 철 (Fe)가 거의 99% 수준의 강재입니다.

G10200 은 AISI 1020 과 대응되고, A29-1020, KS SM20C
JIS S20C 재질과 비교 가능한 강재이고, Normalizing, As-Rolled,

Annealing 열처리 해서 사용하지만, 탄소량이 적어 QT 열처리성는 거의 하지 않으며
QT 열처리 강재의 탄소량은 보통 0.30% 이상으로, G10200 를

QT 열처리 하기에는 탄소량이 조금 적은 재질입니다.
Normalizing 열처리시에는 항복강도 345 MPa 수준, As roll — 330 MPa 수준입니다.

※ 열처리 (Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

properties and/or structure.

modified during these operations.

※ As rolled (압연한 그대로)
The condition the material is in when in comes off the sizing rollers.
Cooling as it’s being processed. As rolled is more prone to hard spots
and higher as shipped hardness.

금속 재료를 압연 롤로 압연을 끝낸 상태로, 경도나 강도 등 기계적
성질을 변화 시키는 열처리가 없는, 공기 중에서 냉각 시킨 상태입니다.
