Type 630 H1100 강재는 열처리에 의해 최소 항복강도 790 MPa 의
높은 강도와 인성, 좋은 내식성과 용접성을 가지는 스텐레스입니다.

Type 630 H1100 재질 강판은 ASTM A693 규정 강재로, 이 규정은
비교적 낮은 온도에서 짧은 시간 석출 경화 열처리를 하므로, 열처리시의

재료 뒤틀림이나, 스케일 발생이 최소화 되도록 개발된 재질입니다.
강재 두께 102 mm 까지의 Plate, Sheet, Strip 형상 제품 규정입니다.

Type 630 H1100 재질의 숫자 “1100”은 화씨 기준으로, 섭씨로 전환시
593℃ 에서 석출 경화 열처리로, 열처리 온도로는 비교적 낮습니다.

Type 630 H1100 과 비교할 KS, JIS 는, 화학 성분에서는 비교되지만
Temper H1100 열처리 규정이 없는 재질이고, 인장강도 1000 MPa 수준 강재입니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)

질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도를 말합니다.
충격에 파괴됨이 없이 충격을 흡수하는 능력으로, 인성이 낮은 강재는
깨지기 쉽고, 높은 인성 재료는 보통 연성도 높습니다.
