C36000 동합금은 61.5Cu-35.5Zn-3Pb 화학 조성을 가지는
screw 자동 절단기에서 고속으로 절단하는 쾌삭용 황동 재료입니다.

ASTM B16 에는, C36000, C36010, 2개 재질만 있고, Bar, Rod, Shapes,
또는 프로파일 형상 제품에 대한 규정으로, Free-cutting brass 입니다.

C36000 에는 비교적 높은 수준의 Lead (Pb)가 합금 되 있고, Lead (Pb)는
합금을 해도 원재료에 대한 물성을 해치지 않고, 절삭성을 높여주는 원소입니다.

C36000 1/2H 재질은 미국 연방 규격 QQ-B-613 (Flat), QQ-B-626 (봉, 로드, 형)
SAE J463, AMS 4610 과 대응되는 규격으로, 비중은 8.5 g/㎤ 입니다.

C36000 1/2H, Half Hard (Temper : 1/2H)의 최근 Temper 약호는 H02 로 표기하며
gears, pinions, automatic high-speed screw machine parts 용도입니다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강, 快削鋼) — JIS
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성을 높인 강.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.
