​SB450 강판 재질은 보일러 및 압력용기용 탄소강 강판 재질입니다.
KS D 3560 SB450, JIS G 3103 SB450 재질 약호에서는 같지만

탄소량의 두께별 범위, 굽힘 시험, 무게 산출 가산 값에서 차이가
있으니, KS SB450, JIS SB450 구분이 필요한 재질입니다.

SB450 강판 규격은 DIN-EN 10028-2 탄소강 압력용기용 강판
P265GH 와 비교 가능한 재질로, P265GH 강재인 경우

1% 소성 변형 크리프 강도 – 480℃/100,000h/30 MPa,
크리프 파단 강도 – 480℃/200,000h/33 MPa 강도 규정이 있습니다.

※ Steels for boilers (보일러용 강재)
Steel products manufactured for boilers and pressure vessels which
require strength at a high temperature and weldability.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
boilers and pressure vessels.

보일러 및 압력용기용으로서 고온강도, 용접성을 중요시해서
제조 된 강재로 보통, 보일러 및 압력 용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Plastic deformation : Plastic strain : 소성 변형 (塑性變形)
탄성 (elasticity)은 재료가 어떤 응력하에서 발생한 연신이
응력을 제거하면 원상태나 원래의 모습으로 돌아오는 것을 말하고
반대 개념인 소성은 외부 힘 (지진 및 철강재의 변형 가공)에 의해
탄성 한계를 지나면 외력이 사라져도, 원래의 모습으로 돌아오지 않고
영구적으로 변형이 생기는 것을 말하며, 영구 변형이라고도 합니다.

※ Creep rupture test (크리프 파단 시험)
Test measure the time to rupture, elongation after fracture,
reduction of area after fracture, etc. by holding test piece
at constant temperature and applying constant tensile force.
There are at times the cases where strain is measured during
creep rupture test or by interrupting test.

시험편을 일정한 온도로 유지하고 여기에 일정한 인장 하중을 가해,
파단 시간, 파단 연신율, 파단 단면 수축율 등을 측정하는 시험.
크리프 파단 시험 중 또는 시험을 중단하여
변형을 측정하는 경우도 있습니다
