STS630 H1025 Plate 는, 석출 경화 열처리 과정으로 높은 강도가

가능하고, 석출 경화성 원소인 Copper 4% 수준을 합금 했습니다.
내식성과 용접성이 좋은 재질로, 높은 응력이 작용하는 곳에 사용합니다.

KS D 3705 STS630 H1025 는 JIS G 4304 H1025, ASTM A693-630 H1025
재질과 비교 가능하고 17-4PH H1025, UNS S17400, XM-12 와 비교됩니다.

높은 강도와 경도, 좋은 내식성과 용접성으로 항공기용, 화학 산업

※ Aging treatment (시효 처리 : Precipitation Hardening : 석출 경화)

철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어집니다.
