SFVC2A 강재는 압력용기용 탄소강 단조강 재질로
중온 또는 상온의 압력용기 부품으로 용접성을 고려한 강재입니다.

SFVC2A 재질은 충격 시험 조건이 없고, 충격 시험은 SFVC2B 재질에 있습니다.
단조재이므로 Normalizing 또는 Tempering의 적합한 열처리 해야 합니다.

SFVC2A 재질의 인장강도는 490~637 MPa 수준으로 강도로만 보면
SM490A 수준이고, 허용 인장 응력은 525℃에서 22MPa 입니다.

※ Steel forging (단조강)
Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties

적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는(소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것.

※ Impact Test (충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Further, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, I zod impact test, etc.

재료의 인성 또는 취성을 조사하기 위해, 시험편에 충격 하중을 가하여
파단 시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형 거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격 하중 방법에 따라 충격 인장, 충격 압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 샤르피 충격 시험, 아이조드
충격 시험으로 구분됩니다.
