S355J2G3 규정 강재는 1990 년 이전의 독일 탄소강 규정 강재입니다.
그 후 2004년 EN 규정으로 유럽 규격 강재로 통합되어 S355J2 로 변경됐습니다.

S355J2G3 의 material number 1.0570, S355J2G4 — 1.0577 로
DIN 규격의 2 재질은 현행 S355J2 재질로 변경/대응 강재입니다.

S355J2G3 이전 규격보다, 더 이전 규격은 St52-3 입니다.
강재 규격의 개정에 따라 St52-3 → S355J2G3 → S355J2 로 변했습니다.

S355J2G3 강재는 S355J2G3 +AR (As rolled), S355J2G3 +N (Normalized)
조건이 있을 수 있고, 이는 비열처리, 열처리 여부에 따라 붙는 약호입니다.

이 재질은 합금이 없는 탄소강 강재로 항복강도 355 MPa minimum 과
영하 -20℃ 에서 강재의 저온 인성을 판단하는 Impact Test 조건이 있는 특징입니다.

아시아권에서는 영하 -20℃ 수준까지 떨어지는 환경이 드물지만
북유럽의 영하의 날씨 환경에 부합된 강재 규정 재료입니다.

KS, JIS 에서도 허용 공차 규정이 적용되는 것처럼 S355J2G3 강재는 유럽의 열간 압연
강재 공차 규정인 EN 10060 적용과 검사 조건 10204 Type 3.1 적용이 있을 수 있습니다.

※ 열처리( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

Series of operations in the course of which a solid ferrous product is totally or
or partially exposed to thermal cycles to bring about a change in its
properties and/or structure.
The chemical composition of the ferrous product may possibly be
modified during these operations.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
Impact absorbing ability of steel without fracture. It is measured by
energy absorbed in an impact bending test. But the area below the
stress-strain curve in tensile testing is also a measure of toughness.
Steel, which is difficult to break has a high toughness.
Steel, which high toughness normally has a high ductility and is
difficult to break with impact energy.
Steels with low toughness are brittle.
