KS D 5202 규정은 베릴륨동, 타이타늄동, 인청동 및 양백의 판과 띠에
대한 규정이고, C1720 재질은 스프링용 베릴륨동에 대한 규정입니다.

C1700 Sheet 동합금의 특징은 베릴륨 1.70% nominal 합금이 특징으로
이정도 적은 베릴륨 합금만으로도 시효처리 전(前) 600~700 MPa,

시효 열처리 후(後)에는 1180 MPa minimum 의 높은 강도가 됩니다.
시효 처리 (前)에는 전연성이 좋고, 후에는 내피로성과 전도성이 좋습니다.

C1700 재질은 Plate 는 C1700P, Strip (띠) 인 경우는 C1700R 로 구분하고
스파크가 일어나면 안되는 계전기용 스프링, 전기기기용 스프링 용도로 사용합니다.

※ 석출 열처리 (인공 시효) : Precipitation Heat Treatment : 析出熱處理 (人工時效)
A heat treatment in which the fine secondary phase is precipitated from
the supersaturated solid solution by heating at room temperature or higher.

과포화 고용체로부터 가용 성분의 석출에 의한 강화를 위하여
상온 이상에서 합금을 열처리 하는 것을 말합니다.

※ 전연성 (展延性 : punch stretch-ability : stretch formability)
Capability of material to be formed into defined form and dimensions
by expanding and bulging a part of plane sheet or formed products.

평판 또는 이미 성형 된 제품의 일부를 늘리든가 (부풀게 하든가) 튀어
나오게 하여 소정의 형상 치수로 성형할 수 있는 정도를 말합니다.
