C2680, C2600 Brass Sheet, Plate Comparison

C2680P, C2600P 모두 황동입니다.
C2680P “P”는 Plate (판), C2680R “R”은 Strip (띠) 을 구분하는 약호입니다.

KS에서는 모두 황동이지만, ASTM 에서는 이름을 구분해서
C26800 — Yellow Brass, C26000 — Cartridge Brass (탄피 황동 : 彈皮黃銅) 으로 부릅니다.

C26000 은 7 : 3 황동으로 70Cu-30Zn 으로 전형적인 70 : 30 황동으로
연성 (ductility)와 강도 (strength)가 잘 조합된 심가공용 (deep drawn) 재료입니다.

C26800 은 65 : 35 재질로 65Cu-35Zn 화학 조성으로, 아연 35% 합금까지 α 상이며
α 상은 연하고, 상온에서 가공성이 우수한 조직입니다.

C2680 합금은 비중이 8.47 g/㎤, C2600 비중은 8.53 g/㎤ 로 구리보다 아연의 비중이
낮아서 그러하고 열전도, 전기전도에서 약간 차이가 있지만, 용도에서는 거의 차이가 없습니다.

C2680P, C2600P Temper O (연질 : 軟質)에서의 기계적 성질 규정은 동일할 뿐 아니라
Extra Super Hard (ESH) 까지도 KS 규정 기계적 성질에서 차이가 없습니다.

※ Deep Drawability (심가공성)
The degree that the material on the surface on dies is drawn
in to the hole, They may be classified into drawability,
deep drawability, and extra deep drawability.

가공 될 소재가 다이스 금형 구멍 안에서 조리개 가공 될 수 있는 정도를
의미하며, 그 정도에 따라, 가공성, 심가공성, 초심가공성으로 구별합니다.

※ Temper (질별 : 質別)
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 및/또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정으로 (예를 들어 기계적 처리 및/또는 열처리) 후의
제품의 상태를 말합니다.

The state of material after the necessary treatment is processed for
