STEELMAX Metal Story

Alloy 925 니켈 합금 재질은 니켈, 크롬 합금량만 65% 수준의 초합금입니다.
여기에 석출 경화성 원소 합금으로, 열처리에 의해 항복강도 758 MPa

minimum 의 높은 기계적 성질이고, 염화물과 황화물 응력 부식 균열 저항성입니다.
Alloy 925 강재는 600℃ 고온에서도 100 ksi 수준의 항복강도입니다.

Nickel Alloy 925 합금은 크롬과 몰리브덴 합금으로 공식과 틈 부식, 산화와 환원 환경에서
뛰어난 저항성으로, H2S 환경에 사용하는 파스너, 석유 화학용 재료로 사용됩니다.

※ Aging treatment (시효 처리 : Precipitation Hardening : 석출 경화)
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product after solution treatment
bring its properties to the required level.
Note : It consists of heating to and socking at one or more
specified temperature, followed by appropriate cooling.

철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어집니다.

※ Stress corrosion (응력 부식 : 應力腐蝕)
부식과 인장 응력 또는 잔류 응력, 그리고 부식성 환경으로 인해
금속의 변형과 함께 발생하는 부식을 말합니다.
금속 표면에 거의 부식이 없지만 미세한 균열들이 금속
내부로 퍼짐에 따라 (전파에 따라), 설계 강도보다 훨씬 낮은
응력에서도 금속 파괴가 일어날 수 있습니다.

※ Pitting corrosion (공식 : 孔蝕)
Localized corrosion resulting in pits, i.e
cavities extending from the surface into the metal
금속 표면으로부터 내부까지 확장된 구멍을 유발 시키는 국부부식.

※ Crevice corrosion (틈새 부식)
금속 표면과 다른 금속 (금속 또는 비금속) 사이에 형성된 작은 구멍이나
틈의 주변 가까이 또는 내부에서 발생하는 국부 부식.
