S235JR 강재는 유럽에서 사용하는 규격 강재의 한 가지 종류 재질로
항복강도 235 MPa minimum, 상온에서 27 joule minimum 의

Charpy V-Notch Impact Test 충격 시험 조건이 특징인 탄소강 강재 입니다.
앵글 형상에는 S235JR, S275JR, S355J2 재질이 주로 사용됩니다.

강도로만 보면 평범한 수준인 재료로 ASTM A36 항복강도 250 MPa minimum
규격 강재 보다 약간 규정 강도가 약하지만, A36 강재에는 충격 시험이 없습니다.

이와 같은 국가, 국제적 단체별 강재 재질 차이가 있고, 또 Size 에서 차이가
있을 수 있고, 원소재의 Fully Killed Steel 여부, 검수 조건 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

※ Carbon Steel (炭素鋼 : 탄소강)
Steel made by alloy iron and carbon of which carbon content
is generally within a range from 0.02% to 2%.
Further, a small amount of silicon, manganese, phosphorus,
sulfur, etc. are usually contained.
For convenience, carbon steel may be sometimes classified as
according to the carbon content or hardness (including strength).
Classification by carbon content : Low carbon steels,
medium carbon steels and high carbon steels.
Classification by hardness : Extra mild steel, mild steel and hard steel.

철과 탄소의 합금으로 탄소 함유량이 보통 0.02~약 2% 범위의 강
또한 소량의 규소, 망간, 인, 유황 등을 함유하는 것이 보통입니다.
편의상, 탄소 함유량 또는 경도(강도도 포함)에 따라서 탄소강은
다시 다음과 같이 분류됩니다.
탄소 함유량에 따라 분류하는 경우 : 저탄소강, 중탄소강, 고탄소강
경도에 따른 분류 : 극연강, 연강, 경강으로도 나뉩니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피  충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.
