X10CrAlSi18 강재는 Creep Properties (크리프 성질) 이 있는 재료입니다.
온도가 상승하는 고온 환경에 높은 내 (耐) 크리프 성질 특징입니다.

X10CrAlSi18 강재는 페라이트계 스텐레스로, 페라이트계 스텐레스의 장점은
열팽창계수가 오스테나이트계 보다 작고, 내산화성이 장점입니다.

X10CrAlSi18 강재는 900℃ 에서 10000h, 1.9 MPa Creep 강도 — guidance only
성질인 강재로 황을 함유한 환경에 내식성으로, 로 (爐 : furnace) 부품 용도입니다.
※ Creep test
Slow permanent deformation in a metallic specimen
produced by a relatively small steady force, below the
elastic limit, acting for a long period of time.

시험편을 일정한 온도를 유지하고, 여기에 일정한 하중을
가하여, 시간과 더불어 변화하는 변형을 측정하는 시험.

※ Ferritic Heat Resisting Steels
Heat resisting steels with ferritic structure
Generally, they have characteristics of small thermal stress
due to the small coefficient of thermal expansion and
large thermal conductivity, and of high creep strength
and high yield point at high temperature.

페라이트조직을 가지는 내열강. 일반적으로 열팽창계수가 작고,
열전도도가 큼으로 열응력이 작으며, 높은 크립 강도,
고온에서 고항복점을 가지는 특징이 있습니다.

※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
