재질번호 1.7380, 재질 이름 10CrMo9-10 강재는 elevated temperature
고온용으로 사용하는 크롬-몰리브덴 합금강재로 압력용기 부품으로 쓰입니다.
비교적 외경이 작은 경우는 EN 10273 열간 압연 용접용 압력용기 강재 규정을 따르고
대구경인 경우는 EN 10222-2 압력용기용 단조강 규정의 강재입니다.
1.7380 재료는 50℃~500℃ 까지 온도별, 환봉 외경별 항복강도 규정이 있으며
Diameter 40 mm 인 경우 500℃ 에서 179 MPa minimum 강도입니다.
10CrMo9-10 강재는 크롬 2.25% 수준 합금으로, 고온에서의 내산화성을 높이고,
몰리브덴은 고온 강도 향상과, 열처리로 강도와 경도를 높일 수 있는 원소입니다.
이 강재는 ASTM A182-F22-Cl.3, ASME SA182-F22-Cl.3, 단조강 유럽 규격인
EN 10222-2, 1.7383, 11CrMo9-10 강재와도 대응 가능한 Specification 입니다.
10CrMo9-10 합금강재는 온도별 1% creep strain strength 참고 값이 제시되는 재료로,
600℃/100,000h 조건에서 creep strain 22 MPa, creep rupture 34 MPa 기준 값입니다.

일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
