A7075P 재질 Plate, Sheet, Strip Disk 형상 제품인 경우 사용하는
JIS H 4000 알루미늄의 Symbol 로 사용하는 기호입니다.

알루미늄 중 최고 수준의 기계적 성질을 가지는 알루미늄 합금으로, 두께 3t 기준
인장강도가 540 MPa minimum 으로, 탄소강 강재 SS400 비중 7.85 g/㎤ 의

인장강도 400 MPa 와 비교하면 강도의 높음이 가늠 되며, A7075P-T6 재료의
비중 2.80 g/㎤ — 비강도 193, 탄소강 SS400 비강도 51 과 비교하면 3.8 배 수준 높습니다.

이와 같은 높은 비강도 재료는 주로 항공기용 구조용 (structural) 으로 쓰입니다.
A7075 P-T6 재질은 강도는 높지만, 내식성에서는 순 알루미늄보다는 못하기에

강도와 내식성을 동시에 가지는 클래드 재질 (laminated 7072 skin material)은
A7075 PC 로 표기해 A7075 P 와 구분해서 Symbol 을 사용합니다.

※ 비강도 (比鋼度 : strength to weight ratio) : 인장강도를 비중으로 나눈 값

※ Aluminium Temper T6 meaning
Solution heat-treated, and then artificial age hardened
Applies to products which are not cold works after solution
heat treatment, and then artificially age hardened.
Therefore, the effect of cold work in flattening or
straightening may be small.

고용화 열처리 이후에 인공 시효 경화 한 후 안정화 된 상태를 말하고
고용화 열처리 이후에 냉간 가공을 실시하지 않으며 변형을 바로잡기 위한
냉간 가공을 해도, 효과가 작은 것을 말합니다.

※ Clad Plate (클래드 : 접합판)
a plate of which the base material (a plate constituting the base plate) is clad
on all the surface with a sheet of different kind alloy by the method such as
pressure welding or the like
심재(중심이 되는 판)의 표면에 피재 (종류가 다른 합금의 얇은 판)를
압접 등의 방법으로 전면에 접합한 판을 말합니다.
