AlMg1 은 알루미늄에 1% 수준의 Magnesium 합금 재료를 말합니다.
AlMg1 합금은 EN AW 5005 와 표기를 병기하며,

AW 5005 Temper O 인 경우는 5005 Temper 중에서 가장 부드럽고 강도가 약한 것이며,
AW 5005 재질은 열처리에 의해 경화 되지 않고, 가공 경화에 의해 강도가 높아집니다.

AlMg1, EN-AW 5005 합금은 내식성, 용접성, 가공성이 좋은 성질이고
차량의 내장용, 건축물 외부와 내부의 인테리어 용도로 쓰입니다.

※ Temper O
Annealed, Recrystallized — Applies to the softest temper of wrought products.
어닐링 (풀림 열처리)한 것으로 전신재에 대해 가장 부드러운 상태를 얻은 상태입니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화 : 加工硬化)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase
in strength and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.
