CW452K 재질은 인 (燐 : Phosphorus)를 0.01~0.4% 합금한 인청동입니다.
maximum 0.4% 수준의 적은 인(P) 합금만으로도 청동의 성질이 변해

전연성, 내피로성, 내식성이 높아지는 효과가 있습니다.
CW452K +R420 경우 Temper 재료는 인장강도 420 MPa minimum 동합금입니다.

CW452K +R340 은 인장강도 340 MPa minimum 재료이고, EN 12163 규정은
Copper-Tin-Alloy 동합금의 Rod 형상 제품에 대한 규정입니다.

Rod 제품으로는 Temper +R420 은 재료 두께 2~40mm 까지 이고
비중은 8.8 g/㎤, 탄성계수 115 GPa, 열전도도 16 %IACS 수준입니다.

CW452K 합금은 재료 번호 2.1020, ISO CuSn6 과 대응되며
KS D 5506 C5191P, ASTM C51900 규정 인청동과도 비교됩니다.

※ 전연성 (展延性 : punch stretch-ability : stretch formability)
Capability of material to be formed into defined form and dimensions
by expanding and bulging a part of plane sheet or formed products.

평판 또는 이미 성형 된 제품의 일부를 늘리든가 (부풀게 하든가) 튀어
나오게 하여 소정의 형상 치수로 성형할 수 있는 정도를 말합니다.

※ Fatigue (피로 : 疲勞)
A damage of material due to periodically fluctuating stresses.
These stresses may have a maximum value, which is less then
the tensile strength of the material.

Fatigue often causes cracks starting with a notch at a sharp
corner of the surface or inner structure as a result of
defaults like inclusions or microcracks.

주기적인 반복 응력에 의한 재료의 손상을 말합니다.
이와 같은 응력은 재료의 인장강도보다는 낮은 수준에서 최대 값입니다,
재료의 피로에 의한 파괴는 노치 또는 개재물에 의한 결함,
미세한 크랙으로 야기됩니다.
