C35E 강재는 엔지니어링용 또는 기계 구조용으로 사용하는 탄소강 강재입니다.
EN 10269 규정은 Steel 과 니켈 합금강 재질이면서 저온과 elevated temp. 용도로

사용하는 강재들의 규정이고, C35E +QT, C35E +N 열처리재이면서
400℃ 까지 온도 구역별 0.2% 항복강도 규정과 600℃ 까지 정탄성계수 (static

modulus of elasticity) 규정이 있는 강재로, non-alloy steel 입니다.
C35E +QT 강재를 표면 마무리 (finished condition) 조건인 +SH 인 경우는

강재의 표면을 turned (선삭 표면) 처리하는 경우이고, 표면 마무리 공차 (tolerance) 정도는
EN 10278 규정을 따르며, 10278 h9 조건인 경우는 h6~h12 중, 중간 정도 정밀도입니다.

EN 10269 규정의 C35E +QT+SH 조건의 재료는 물리적 성질인 탄성계수 뿐 아니라,
열팽창계수, 열전도도, 비열 (比熱), 비중까지도 참고값이 있는 탄소강 강재입니다.

※ 비열 (Specific heat capacity : 比熱)
단위 질량 물질 1g 을, 단위 온도 1℃ 상승 시키는데 필요한 열량을 말하고
SI 단위계는 J/kg·K 를 사용하고, 마그네슘 (Mg) 1.030, 알루미늄 (Al) 0.877,
철 (Fe) 0.441, 은 (Ag) 0.233, 수은 (Hg) 0.138 수준입니다.

※ Turned products (Lathe turning : 旋削 : 선삭 제품) : Symbol +SH (DIN-EN)
Round bars products by turning on a lathe where the products
can be further processed by straightening and polishing.
This operation gives the bar special features with respect to shape,
dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

The removal of metal is carried out in such a way that the bright
product is generally free from rolling defects and surface decarburization.
For technical reasons some bars ordered as hot rolled products may be
delivered roughly turned(peeled), nevertheless such products are
treated as hot rolled products and not as bright products.
