B407 N08810 파이프 또는 튜브 재질은 593℃ 를 넘는 고온 환경에서
크리프강도와 파단 저항성이고, 이 온도 구역에서 평균적인 grain size

ASTM No.5 또는 Coarse Grain 최적화를 시킨 니켈-크롬-철 합금입니다.
B407 N08800 재질이 593℃ 이하에서 사용 하는 것과 비교됩니다.

보통은 N08810/N08811, Incoloy®800H/800HT® — Special Metals Trademark,
Dual Specification 으로 공급이 많으며, 고온 내산화, 내침탄, 고온강도 특성입니다.

N08800 (Alloy 800), N08810 (Alloy 800H), N08811 (Alloy 800HT) 재질은 탄소 값에서
미세한 차이가 있으며, N08811 (Alloy 800HT) 재질만 Al+Ti 0.85~1.20% 제한이 있습니다.

※ Creep Resisting Materials (크리프 저항성 재료)
Steels, nickel alloy, cobalt alloy with minimum 8% chromium, which
are characterized by good mechanical behavior at temperature above
500℃ under long-range service conditions, i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.

적어도 크롬 8% 이상 합금강, 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금으로 500℃ 이상에서
오랜 시간 사용해도 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속으로, 다시 말하면
1% 소성 변형 또는 오랜 시간 응력이 작용하는 크립 파단 강도가 있는 금속을 말합니다.

※ Coarse grained steel (조립강 粗粒鋼 : Steel with austenitic grain size number is up to 5.

Steel with a small grain size (high number of ASTM-standard) has a
high tensile strength and a good toughness.
