1.1274, 재질명 C100S 냉간 압연 (cold rolled) 재료는 탄소량 1% 수준의
고탄소 재료이면서 크롬, 몰리브덴, 니켈 미량 합금으로

+CR (cold rolled) 뿐 아니라 +QT 열처리성도 좋은 재료입니다.
풀림 열처리에서는 690 MPa minimum 이지만

+CR 조건인 경우 인장강도 1200 MPa minimum
+QT 조건에서는 인장강도 1200~2100 MPa 고강도 재료입니다.

1.1274, C100S 스프링 재료는 EN 10132-4 규정 안에 있는 재질이고
이 규정 안에는 비교적 사용량이 많은 51CrV4 (1.8159)도 있는 규정입니다.

1.1274 스프링 강재는 AISI 1095, 현재 사용 재질 기호 JIS SK95-CSP
이전 재질 기호 SK4-CSP 규격과 대응 가능합니다.

※ 냉간가공 (Cold-working : 冷間加工)
가공 경화가 나타나는 온도에서의 금속 또는 합금의 소성 변형을 말합니다.

Plastic processing method of metal or alloy which is carried out within such a
temperature range that strain hardening occurs.

※ 가공 경화 (加工硬化 ; Working hardening ; Strain hardening)
A phenomenon in which materials are hardened due to the increase of
processing strain when the processes such as cold rolling, drawing
and the like are carried out during cooling.

인발, 냉간 압연과 같은 냉간 가공에 의한 금속 구조가 변화됨으로서
강도와 경도가 증가 되는 현상을 말합니다.
일반적으로 강도와 경도가 좋아지면, 연성은 감소합니다.
