UPE120 은 유럽 규격의 프렌지가 평행한 (parallel Channel) 찬넬로
UPN120 Standard Channel (아시아의 보통 찬넬과 형상이 비슷) 과 다릅니다.

UPE120 은 프렌지가 평행하지만
UPN120 은 프렌지가 Slope 또는 Taper 형상의 경사진 형상입니다.

UPE120 Parallel 찬넬은 단위 중량 12.1 kg/m 이지만
UPN120 Standard 찬넬은 단위 중량 13.4 kg/m 으로 약 10% 차이가 있습니다.

UPN120 찬넬의 재질이 S355J2+M 인 경우는 TMCP 생산된 고강도 강재이고
UPN120 S275JR +AR 인 경우는 일반적인 강도인, 항복강도 275 MPa minimum 입니다.

UPE120 S355J2+M 재질의 특징은 항복강도 355 MPa minimum 재료로
CVN 충격 시험 -20℃ 에서 충격 흡수 에너지 27 Joule minimum 재료입니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.

※ As rolled (+AR 압연한 그대로)
The condition the material is in when in comes off the sizing rollers.
Cooling as it’s being processed. As rolled is more prone to hard spots
and higher as shipped hardness

금속 재료를 압연 롤로 압연을 끝낸 상태로, 경도나 강도 등 기계적
성질을 변화 시키는 열처리가 없는, 공기 중에서 냉각 시킨 상태입니다.
