Biodur® CCM® Alloy 1 재질은 인체에 삽입하는 금속으로
인체의 골절 된 뼈를 고정 시키는 용도로 사용하는 생체 적합성 재질로

높은 내식성과 VIM-ESR 방법으로 생산해 청정하고 미세한 grain size를 가지고
인성과 연성, 내피로성, 내마모성, 높은 기계적 성질을 가지는 재료입니다.

코발트를 Base-Metal로 하고, 높은 내식성을 부여하는 크롬과 해수 (seawater)와
유사한 인체 체액에서 내공식성을 부여하는 몰리브덴을 합금 해

주요 원소 Co + Cr + Mo 합금량이 98.5% 수준에 이르는 초합금입니다.
코발트는 터빈과 같은 고온 환경 합금, 고속도강에 합금에 합금 원소로 사용되지만

인체에 사용돼, 인체 일부를 대체하거나, 보철용 합금 금속으로도 사용 되
티타늄 합금, 니켈 base 합금과 함께 인체에 사용하며, 고관절 등, 관절 재료로 쓰입니다.

Forging for Surgical Implants Alloy 1 (low carbon)– Chemistry only 와 대응됩니다.

Smaller grains result in better mechanical properties.
The material becames more brittle if the size of grains grows.
