CDA715 는 미국 동개발협회 (copper development association) 규격으로
Copper 70%, Nickel 30% 수준을 합금한 70-30 Copper Nickel 이라고도 부르고

UNS C71500, ASME SB171 C71500, ASTM B171 C71500 재질과 대응됩니다.
큐프로니켈 (cupro nickel)이라고도 불리며, 우수한 해수에 대한 내식성입니다.

우수한 내식성, 내해수성, 해양 미생물 부착 저항성, 가공성이 좋아 압연 할 수 있고
Nickel 10% 합금인 C70600 재질 대비 강도가 높습니다.

ASTM B171 규정은 압력 용기, 콘덴서, 열 교환기에 사용되는 판과 쉬트, 판이나
쉬트로부터 절단한 원형판 동합금에 대한 규정이고 여기에 C71500 재질이 있습니다.

CDA715, SB171 C71500 판재는 Temper 4 종류의 기계적 성질이 같으며
Temper M20 — As hot rolled, Temper M10 — As hot forged air cooled

Temper O20 — Hot forged and annealed, Temper M25 — Hot rolled and annealed,
Cu-Ni 10~30% 합금 C70600, C71500, C70620, C72200 과 함께 비중 8.94 g/㎤ 입니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.

금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
