P460QL1 재질은 유럽 규격 압력용기용 강재 규격으로 최소 항복강도 460 MPa,
-40℃ 에서 27 Joule minimum 의 CVN Test 값이 보증 되는 강재입니다.

EN10028-6 규정은, 압력용기용 Fine grain steel, Flat products,
QT 열처리 강재만 있는 재질로, 항복강도 355~690 MPa 까지 있는 규정입니다.

P460Q — -20℃/27 joule
P460QL1 — -40℃/27 joule

P460QL2 — -60℃/27 joule
재질별 저온 수준에 따라 강재를 선정할 수 있는 재질이고

P460QH 와 같이 “H”가 붙은 경우 강재는 elevated temperature 용도로
50~300℃ 까지 0.2% 항복강도 규정이 있는 재질로, “L” 붙은 저온용과 구분됩니다.

저온하에서 쓰이는 용기 설비 및 구조재로서 저온 인성 및 용접성을 중시해서
제조 된 강재로, 사용 온도에 따라 탄소강, 저합금강, 2.5% 니켈강, 3.5% 니켈강
9% 니켈강, 오스테나이트 스테인레스강이 있습니다.
