A5083P-O 재질은 알루미늄 판, Strip, Coil KS D 6701 규정 재료이고
JIS H 4000 A5083P-O 재질과 대응되는 비열처리 알루미늄 합금입니다.

A5083P 재료는 비열처리 합금으로는 최고 수준의 강도이고, 성형성은 떨어지지만
용접성과 내식성이 좋고, 극저온용 탱크, 압력 용기, 차량, 선박용입니다.

비열처리 알루미늄 합금 중 최고 수준의 강도라고 하지만, 열처리 합금과
비교해서는 한참 낮은 수준의 기계적 성질이고, 비중은 2.66 g/㎤ 입니다.

판재 두께 20mm 기준 A5083P-O 재질의 인장강도 275~350 MPa 이지만
Temper H112, Temper H24 순서로 강도가 높아집니다.

극저온인 -196℃ 에서는 Typical 인장강도 405 MPa
항복강도 165 MPa, 연신율 36% 수준의 극저온 용도로 사용됩니다.

KS D 6701 에서는 Plate (판 : 板) 은 두께 6mm 이상을 Strip 은 두께 0.15 mm 이상의
직사각형 압연재와 슬릿 절단된 코일 모양의 판을 말하고, 코일판 이라고도 합니다.

conditions in the manufacturing process.

금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정 (예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Temper O
Annealed, Recrystallized — Applies to the softest temper of wrought products.
어닐링 (풀림 열처리)한 것으로 전신재에 대해 가장 부드러운 상태를 얻은 상태입니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
