X17CrNi16-2 강재는 열처리로 강재의 강도를 높일 수 있는 마르텐자이트
스텐레스로, 유럽 강재 규격이며, 강재 번호 1.4057 입니다.

압연재인 봉강인 경우 EN 10088-3, 단조재인 경우 EN 10250-4 규정입니다.
열처리 조건에 따라 +QT800, +QT900 과 Annealed 으로 구분됩니다.

X17CrNi16-2 QT800 인 경우는 인장강도 800 이상 800~950 MPa 로
높은 인장강도와 항복강도와 기계적 성질, 내식성 재료입니다.

이와 같은 성질로 기계적인 구조 엔지니어링, 석유화학 산업
발전소 건축용, 자동차와 항공 산업, 높은 응력이 작용하는 자동화 설비에 쓰입니다.

오스테나이트 스텐레스 수준의 내식성은 아니고, 입계부식이 발생할 수 있습니다.
재질명 X17CrNi16-2 +QT800 스텐레스는 AISI 431, UNS S43100 대응됩니다.

※ 입계부식 (Intergranular corrosion : 粒界腐蝕)
금속의 결정 입계 (grain boundary) 또는 근처에서 발생하는 부식을 말합니다.
Corrosion in or adjacent to the grain boundaries of the metal.

※ 열처리( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

Series of operations in the course of which a solid ferrous product is totally or
or partially exposed to thermal cycles to bring about a change in its
properties and/or structure.
