CC334G-GZ 는,원심 주조로 생산되는 니켈-알루미늄 청동 계열 동 합금으로,
주로 항공기 (aerospace) 랜딩 기어의 부싱과 베어링으로 쓰입니다.

높은 인장강도로 우수한 내마모성, (耐) galling (갉아먹는 마모)성질의 특징입니다.
동에 알루미늄을 합금하면 10% 수준에서 인장강도 값이 높아지고

여기에 망간과 철, 니켈을 합금 해 알루미늄 청동의 기계적 성질을 더욱 높인 재질입니다.
CC334G-GZ 에서 “GZ”는 원심주조인 경우이며 CC334G-GM 에서 “GM”은 영구주형,

CC334G-GS 는 사형주조(sand casting : 砂型鑄造)로 생산 방법의 구분 표시입니다.
DIN-EN TS 13388 CC334G-GS 재질은 DIN 2.0981 CuAl11Ni 재질,

DIN 1714 2.0981.01 — Sand Casting, DIN 1714 2.0980.02 — 영구주형
DIN 1714 2.0981.03 — 원심주조, UNS C95520 과 대응되고 CAC703 과 비교 가능합니다.

※ Wear resistance (내마모성 : Abrasion resistance : 耐摩耗性)
A property of resistance against a phenomenon in which the mechanical
scratch, metallic abrasion, etc. of relatively moving metal surfaces are
integrated and the surfaces are worn, called wear.

상대 운동하는 금속 면의 기계적 글킴, 금속적 점착등이 종합되어서 그 면이
소모되는 현상을 마모라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
