Alloy 1050-H14 Sheet, Plate ASTM 규정 재질은 없습니다.
Tube 제품으로 ASTM B491 1050-H112 만 있습니다.

이 재질은 99.5% commercial pure 알루미늄으로 우수한 내식성과 높은
연성으로 성형성, 반사경 수준의 높은 경면성 (鏡面性) 마무리가 가능한 재질입니다.

항복강도로 보면 Alloy 1050 Temper O — Typical 76 MPa
Temper 14 는 Typical 103 MPa 로, 석출경화성 알루미늄 대비 많이 약합니다.

Alloy 1050 재질이 Tube 외, Plate, Sheet 제품은 ASTM 규정에는 없지만 유럽의
EN AW-1050A, JIS Alloy 1050P 이 있고, ASTM은 Alloy 1060 — Al 99.60% 부터 입니다.

※ Temper H1
Strain Hardened Only :
Applies to products that are strain hardened to obtain the desired mechanical
properties without supplementary thermal treatment.
The number following this designation indicates the final degree of strain hardening.

가공경화만 한 것으로 소정의 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 추가 열처리를 하지 않고
가공경화만 한 것을 말합니다.
H1 기호 다음의 숫자는 최종 가공경화 정도를 나타냅니다.

※ Strain hardening (가공경화 : 加工硬化)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.

금속에 인장력을 줘 소성변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
