AMS 4044 규정 재료는 고강도 알루미늄 7075 Temper O (75S-O)
UNS A97075 재료를 말하고, Sheet, Plate 형상 제품 규정입니다.

7075 알루미늄은 석출경화형 열처리 합금으로 열처리 되면 알루미늄으로는
가장 높은 수준이지만, Temper O 는 풀림처리에 의해 7075 재료 중

가장 강도가 약한 항복강도 145 MPa max, 인장강도 275 MPa max 수준입니다.
AMS 4044 재질은 QQ-A-250/12 7075-O 재질과 대응됩니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.

금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Temper O
Annealed, Recrystallized — Applies to the softest temper of wrought products.
어닐링 (풀림 열처리) 한 것으로 전신재에 대해 가장 부드러운 상태를 얻은 상태입니다.

※ Artificial ageing (precipitation heat treatment) : 인공시효 (석출열처리)
A thermal treatment of an alloy at above room temperature to produce strengthening
by precipitation of soluble constituents from the super-saturated solid solution

과포화 고용체로부터 가용 성분의 석출에 의한 강화를 위하여
상온 이상에서 합금을 열처리하는 것을 말합니다.
