SA276-304L 재질은 미국의 ASME 규격 오스테나이트 스텐레스입니다.
저탄소 스텐레스로 용접성이 좋고, 열간 (熱間) 재료는 비자성 (非磁性) 입니다.

SA276-304L 탄소량 0.03 maximum, 항복강도 170 MPa minimum
SA276-304 탄소량 0.07 maximum 항복강도 205 MPa minimum 으로

탄소량이 낮아지면 용접성의 좋지만, 기계적 성질이 낮아지는 효과를
SA276-304L, SA276-304 재질을 비교하면 알 수 있습니다.

좋은 내식성과 가공성, 열간 압연 및 냉간 (冷間) 압연이 가능한 스텐레스로
DIN-EN 10088-3, 1.4301, X5CrNi18-10 재질과 비교 가능합니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ 비자성강 (Non-magnetic steels : 非磁性鋼)
탄소, 망간, 니켈, 크롬, 질소 등을 주된 합금 성분으로 하고, 오스테나이트계 조직을
나타내는 비자성의 합금강. 조직적으로는 고망간강계, 고니켈계 및 이들의
중간형의 3종으로 대별됩니다.
비자성강은 발전기, 계전기 등의 전자기부재, 핵융합설비 등으로 사용됩니다.

Non-magnetic alloy steels with austenitic structure, in which carbon,
manganese, nickel, chromium, nitrogen, etc. as main alloy elements
are contained.
They are classified into 3 types, which are high manganese series,
high nickel series and intermediate type, according to composition.
For example, they are used for electromagnetic components of
generators, relays, etc., and components of nuclear fusion reactors
and linear motor cars.
