DTD5014A-T6 재질은 영국 국방성 규격 알루미늄 합금 규격으로 (폐지), 지금은
Alloy 2618A-T6 또는 Temper T6511 압출 또는 인발 봉과 형강으로 사용됩니다.

DTD5014A 합금은 좋은 기계 가공성과 대기 환경에서 내식성과 낮은 비중과
함께 높은 강도로 항공기용 구조체, 높은 응력이 작용하는 환경에 사용됩니다.

고용화 열처리와 석출경화에 의한 높은 기계적 성질이 가능한 재료로
우주항공, 방위산업용, 하이테크놀로지 부품으로 사용되는 재질입니다.

※ Aluminium Temper T6 meaning
Solution heat-treated, and then artificial age hardened
Applies to products which are not cold works after solution
heat treatment, and then artificially age hardened.
Therefore, the effect of cold work in flattening or straightening may be small.

고용화열처리 이후에 인공시효 경화한 후 안정화된 상태를 말하고
고용화열처리 이후에 냉간 가공을 실시하지 않으며 변형을 바로잡기 위한
냉간 가공을 해도, 효과가 작은것을 말합니다

※ T6511
Solution heat treated and stress-relieved by stretching then artificially
aged with minor. Straightening after aging-equivalent to T4 condition

용체화 처리 후 인장 가공에 의해 잔류 응력을 제거하고 다시
인공 시효경화 처리한 것으로, 인장가공 후 약간의 가공은 허용됩니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
