1.6510 EN 10277-5 규정 재료는 저합금강이면서 연마 환봉입니다.
1.6510 EN 10083-3 규정 재료는 저합강이면서 열간 압연 강재입니다.

재질 번호 1.6510, 재질 이름 39NiCrMo3 합금은 탄소량 0.40% 수준에
니켈-크롬-몰리브덴 합금으로, 높은 QT 열처리 성질을 가집니다.

열처리 방법, 열간, 냉간 생산 방법과 이들의 조합으로 다양한 기계적 성질을
가지는 합금강재는 다음과 같은 열처리, 후처리 기호를 가집니다.

+SH — As rolled +Turned
+A +SH — Annealed +Turned
+A +C — Annealed +Cold Drawn
+C +QT — Cold Drawn + Quenched and Tempered
+QT +C — Quenched and Tempered +Cold Drawn

EN 10277-5 마환봉 상태에서는 아래 표 수준의 기계적 성질이지만
EN 10083-3 열간 압연재의 QT 상태에서는, 외경 40mm 인 경우

항복강도 735 MPa min., 인장강도 930~1130 MPa, 연신율 11%
Soft Annealed (+A) 조건에서는 경도 값 240 maximum 입니다.
