PH15-7Mo 재질이고 CND A (Condition Annealed) 열처리 조건인 강재의
특징은 인장강도 1000 MPa 이상이고, 석출경화 열처리시에 실제 강도는

2000 MPa 수준으로 Plate, Sheet, Strip 형상의 제품을 말합니다.
2D 조건은 (A dully cold rolled finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling) 로

냉간 압연 후 열처리, 산 또는 또는 여기에 준하는 처리를 해서 다듬질 한 제품의 표면 상태
또는 가볍게 냉간 압연 처리를 해서, 표면의 상태가 매끄럽지만, 광택이 현저하지는 않습니다.

광택이 현저한 경우는 2B (bright) 상태로, 이에 미치지는 못하는 상태가 2D (dull)입니다.
PH15-7Mo 재질은 강도와 함께 내식성으로, 일반 탄소강재는 따라 올 수 없는

높은 기계적 성질과 틈부식, 공식에 대해 저항성을 가지는 재료로
특히 몰리브덴 2% 수준의 합금으로 해수에 대한 내식성도 Type 304 보다 높습니다.

※ Pickled Surface (산세 다듬질 : 酸洗)
Finish which indicates the surface conditions of steel products,
with which the mill scale, rust, etc. of surface are removed by
dipping into sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid or other acid solution.

강재의 표면 상태를 나타내며, 황산, 염산, 또는 기타의 산 용액에
침지 (浸漬 : 용액에 담그거나 적시는)시켜서, 표면의 스케일, 녹 등을 제거한 것.

※ Dull Finish (무광택 다듬질)
Finish which indicated the surface conditions of cold rolled steel sheets
and strip with which the surface of steel sheets and plates are finished
in a delustering state of matte finish by uniformly coarsening the
surface of cold rolling roller.
It is also called matte finish or delustering finish.

냉간 압연강판 및 강대의 표면 상태를 나타내며, 냉간압연 롤의 표면을
균일하게 거칠게 해, 강판의 표면을 배표면 살 모양의 무광택 상태로
끝 손질한 것을 말합니다.
배살 끝 손질 또는 무광택 끝 손질이라고도 합니다.
