2011-T3 알루미늄 합금은 비중은 2.82 g/㎤ 로 탄소강 7.85 g/㎤ 보다
훨씬 가벼우면서, 항복강도 260 MPa minimum 으로 탄소강

ASTM A36 수준의 항복강도를 가지는 비강도 (比强度) 재료입니다,
고강도이면서 Lead (Pb) 합금으로 쾌삭 성질을 지니는 쾌삭 합금입니다.

2011-T3 CF 재질은 자동 선반 절단에서 칩 분리가 잘 되지만, 내식성과 용접성은
조금 떨어지는 단점이 있으며 파스너용 와이어, 로드, 바 형상이 주로 사용됩니다.

※ Temper T6
Solution heat treated and artificially aged
용체화 처리 후 시효경화 한 것을 말합니다.
용체화 처리 후 적극적인 냉간가공을 하지 않고 인공시효 경화
처리한 것으로, 그 냉간가공을 한 것의 효과가 작습니다.

※ Cold Finish (냉간 마무리)
The term “Cold Finish” is an umbrella definition for any metal
that has had some sort of surface treatment.
EX) Cold drawn is cold finish surface.
Centerless Ground, Smooth Turned, and Rough Turned — These are all “Cold Finish”

※ Machinability (절삭성 : 切削性)
The degree of easiness in cutting working
It is represented by such characteristics as cutting resistance,
life of used tools, degree of cutting finished surface, shape of cutting,
degree of easy treatment, etc.

절삭 가공할 때의 절삭되기 쉬운 정도. 절삭저항, 사용 공구의 수명,
절삭 끝손질면의 정도, 절삭설의 형상과 처리의 난이성 등의 특성을 나타냅니다.
